Delete your CrickChat account

You can request deletion of your CrickChat account and all associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to gulabmac45@gmail.com from the email address linked to your CrickChat account (the Google account you used to sign in).
2. Use the subject "Delete my CrickChat account".
3. Include your CrickChat username so we can identify your account.

We will confirm your request by email and delete your account within 7 days.

Data that will be deleted

• Account information (name, email address, username)
• Profile photo and bio
• Chat messages you have sent
• Poll votes
• Coin balance and rewarded ad history
• Blocked users list and notification token

Data that may be retained

We do not keep any of your personal data after deletion, except where we are required to retain it for legal or security reasons. Any such data is kept for no longer than 90 days and then permanently deleted.

Data collected by Google AdMob for advertising is handled by Google as described in Google's policies. You can reset your Advertising ID from your device settings.

Delete only some of your data

If you want to keep your account but delete specific data (for example your profile photo or chat messages), send an email to gulabmac45@gmail.com with the subject "CrickChat data deletion request" and tell us which data you want removed. We will process it within 7 days.

You can also delete your own chat messages directly in the app by long-pressing a message and tapping the delete icon.
